- Engraving Method: Sandblasting is used for engraving, which is the most common method for memorial stones. Engraving depth depends on the lettering style and design. Thin fonts cannot be cut as deeply, while bold fonts allow for deeper, stronger cuts. .
- Durability: Our memorial stones are highly durable, water-resistant, and designed to withstand all weather conditions, including snow, rain, heat, and sun exposure.
- Material Composition: Each memorial is made from a high-strength concrete mixture consisting of a low-water blend of Portland cement, natural fine sand, well-graded aggregates, and specialized admixtures to enhance strength and long-term durability.
- Protective Finish: Outdoor protective enamel paint is applied, followed by two coats of outdoor sealant and finish. This process helps resist abrasion and maintain color even in harsh outdoor environments.
- Color Staining: We use a water-based color stain that provides excellent consistency and penetration. These stains are UV-stable, environmentally friendly, and specifically formulated for concrete, helping the color remain vibrant over time.
